What people in those situations need is a “BUT GOD” moment.

You and I who know and love the faithfulness of our father realize that when one door shuts he will open another for us because he has a great plan for our life.

Because of that we are always confident that there is those “but God” moments that keep us always and Victory and never in defeat.

I encourage you today to make room for the next stage of your life the door is just about ready to open for you.

MEET MY SISTER WISDOM #34/ THE SUNDAY NIGHT BLESSING WITH DR GEORGE WATKINS

King Solomon is known to be the wisest man that ever lived. According to the Bible it was because God gave him wisdom and understanding. According to Proverbs wisdom and understanding or created beings that were with God from the beginning.

Proverbs eight tells us that wisdom is in the Heights where the main roads Cross. 

Psalm 91 refers to a secret place of the most high that if we dwell there we will find protection by the overshadowing power of God himself.

The Scriptures tell us that wisdom should not be an option for the believer to interact with. The spirit of wisdom is something that we walk with and live with every day but most often ignore. The scripture tells us if any man lacks wisdom let him ask.

That sounds pretty close to home to me all I have to do is invite wisdom end of my journey and my journey will be successful.

Take a snapshot of the moment you're in. Now try to freeze that and stay there.
Well, that was a good try didn't work, did it? How come it didn't work. 
You couldn't freeze that moment because time is fluid, and it moves on into eternity.
But you said I should live in the moment; how do I do that. Have you heard the term smell the flowers? Or if you're a city person, smell the coffee.
We miss so many precious experiences and moments because were rushing ahead to grab the next exciting adventure.
It's only when you enter into his presence, the presence of God, that time will standstill, and you will understand what it means to live in the moment.

The little choo-choo train as it's going up the hill was her to say I can do it I can do it.

So it is in the faith life as we step out of the boat believing that we can walk on the water just like Jesus. The Christian message to a broken down trodden human race is that Christ has come to lift you up so that you can fulfill your destiny and do what God called you to do.

You have not been put on this earth to sit around waiting to die you have been put on this earth to succeed and fulfill the will of God.

What is it that you can reach for today that's higher than yourself?

What is the impossible thing that's beyond your natural ability that you need the abilities of Christ to help you do it?

David didn't take goliath down by his own abilities he did it because of the strength of the Lord and faith that God will never fail him.

The Bible tells us that the love of God constrains us.

Notice what it says it is not the power or the authority or the might of God that shapes us and draws us but it is his love for us.

‘God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that who so ever believes in him should not Parrish but have everlasting life 

For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved.”

Now that's real love. Gods love.

When we receive the love of God we are then able to love our neighbor as our self.

Why we give gifts at Christmas time.

The Scriptures tell us give, and it will be given onto you press down shaken together and running over will men give them to your bosom for with the same measure that you measure out it will be given back to you again.

The tradition that we have of exchanging gifts with those we love comes directly from the heart of our father God. And it was expressed in the greatest gift you ever gave to us Jesus Christ on that Christmas morning. 

Because we are made in his image it is natural to us to give to others because that's God's nature in us being expressed.

Remember as you are gathering around the tree and exchanging gifts that you are expressing the very nature of the God who created you because he is a giving father.

On this wonderful Christmas season don't be too busy for the supernatural.

The Christmas season is the greatest exposure of God's supernatural events that the world has ever experienced or witnessed. Among all of the impossible unbelievable things that God has ever done the biggest event is when he gave us Jesus Christ his most favorite choice son.

When he did that he gave himself as a ransom to bring us back to the family that he created. The miracle of Mary conceiving a heavenly bean is often overlooked as the supernatural event that it was.

The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and she conceived and brought forth Jesus.

The supernatural is around all of us it happens in our daily life and we often put it off as a coincidence.

Take time today to make note of the things in your life that were far beyond an accident or coincidence but they were a supernatural act of God in your journey that you're on.

Don't be too busy do you notice the supernatural things and give God glory for them.

It's Christmas and we are celebrating king Jesus who rules forever more.

Have you ever considered how long for evermore is?

We celebrate the coming of the baby Jesus as we say at Christmas when in reality he came fully loaded, King of the universe.

So what does that have to do with us today? When we begin to comprehend just how much we are like him because of his indwelling us then we understand what it means to have authority on earth.

The Christmas season is the celebration of the beginning of a season of time that changed the entire course of history. Within the next 33 years life would never be the same again because of what Jesus the baby in the manger did for us on the cross and resurrection.

You cannot separate the beginning from the end because he came to bring us back to the father.

We celebrate Christmas with all of this in mind.

So you want to be a disciple of the Lord, OK here's how it works. Love one another.

Wait a minute I want to know all the deep mysteries. I want to have the power to raise the dead. I want to be able to walk on water, that's what a real disciple is.

Hold it. Was it Jesus himself that said you want to be my disciples and be known as my disciples then love one another.

Great. OK then let's do it let's commit from this day on to love one another.

Well then here's the great news you've just been tagged by the Lord for testing. Plan on meeting some people this week that will push your buttons to see if you really mean what you say about loving one another.

After all God loves us enough to bring us to maturity by the testing of our faith.

Beloved let us love one another for love is of God and everyone that loves is born of God and knows God. That is the beginning of a set of powerful scriptures out of first John four. 

When we speak of love we're talking of a God's love, not man's love. 

In this natural world around us we love everything. I love to fish. I love to fly. I love to swim. I love red. I love blue. That's the kind of love that changes. Sometimes it's strong sometimes it's weak but it's guaranteed it will always change.

But the love of God the love that he has put within us never changes. He said he will never leave us nor for sake us he would be with us to the end of the age.

So let that love hold you steady and give you strength to go forward and fulfill his perfect will in your life.
