The Scriptures tell us that men and women are to pray and not faint. The reverse of that scripture is that if we don't pray, we will faint and become weary and quit. This is why the apostle Paul in First Timothy two and one told young Timothy that first of all, he should pray; he urged him to do it first. You and I have a choice today to follow the commands of the scripture and pray, or we can listen to the lies of Satan and fail. Intercession is a gift that God has given us to deliver others from bondage and help others be healed and made whole. Intercession is the gift of giving away from ourselves when we do that. The law of my multiplication kicks in, and God gives back to our abundance. As Paul said, first of all, I urge you to pray.

Your mother and I haven't seen you in 10 years, and you call up and want to borrow my car, no way.
Well, dad, it's been a good day, and we got a lot done on the job. I'm sure glad we can work together and spend extra time together just hanging out.
And oh, by the way, if it's possible, can I borrow the car tonight.
Sure thing, son, glad to help out matter fact you can keep it a couple of days if you need it.
Do you see the difference in prayer when we come to him for a request?
The key is in a relationship spending time with him, and loving him.
That's the kind of prayer that bring results.

In most of the large shopping malls in America, you come to a map when you enter the door. When you stand in front of that map, you'll see a red arrow that says you are here. The whole point is that if you don't know where you are, how can you start your journey to where you want to go.
So it is in our prayer life in our prayer journey how do I get into the presence of the Lord, which I referred to as the throne room we're going abides.

Be not weary in well-doing, for if you don't quit, you will get what you asked for.
Of course, that is my rendition of a great scripture that encourages us not to stop praying because we will receive our reward if we continue.
How many have given up just before God was going to answer their prayers?
The mother of Samuel continues to cry out to God. She said I'd die if I didn't have a son.
The mother of John the Baptist cried out all of her life until she was an old lady, and God answered her prayer.
So quit trying to figure God out; just believe that he will hear your prayer and bring it to you at the right time in the right place with the right results.

As the story goes, King David was in a jam and fighting for his life and the life of his nation. God told him that when he heard the sound of marching feet in the tops of the mulberry trees, help was on the way.
That sound was a witness that the angel army had shown up, and it was his signal to go into battle because the victory was already won.
What sound are you hearing? Is it the sound of the enemy, and they're mocking announcements of defeat?
Most of the secular news broadcasts remind me of those on Goliaths side that marked David when he came to win the battle for Israel by taking out Goliath.
Be careful who you're listening to and what you're hearing. Because if you're not careful, you'll miss God's signal to go into battle, for our victory is already one because of His promise to us.
I hear the sound of the angelic army marching in the tops of the trees. God's telling us the victory is ours; let's take back our nation.

So you say you had a dream well, you must've had pizza before you went to bed. Does that sound familiar if it does, you've probably heard it in church. No, why would I say that? Because the modern church has completely dropped the ball when it comes to understanding that God teaches us and leads us through our dream life. Unfortunately, many of us have not been trained to understand or interpret the language of dreams. I am convinced that if we are going to fulfill the will of God as a son of God, we must embrace our dreams as one of God's vehicles to speak to us. So you've been saved and born again converted. Now what? Where do we go from here?
Well, I know the usual routine is to stay out of sin so I can go to Heaven. Sure, that's a good idea and a pretty good goal to have in life.
What was God the Father's goal when he sent Jesus to die in your place and make you a new creature in Christ Jesus? I don't think so.
What are the Scriptures saying that he has made us new creatures and that everything has become new? Just how far does that go?
Can we dare think that it would go beyond our imagination? The apostle Paul thought so.
So how about you? Are you ready to stretch yourself into some new territories of imagining how far this new creation will take you?

The Scriptures tell us that we should go on into maturity, and this we will if God permits. The word maturity is also interpreted as perfection. So here's my question does God permit perfection? I suppose a better question would be what would hinder us from God allowing us to go on into maturity in that place of spiritual perfection. The first thing I know that would hinder is unbelief. Another would be a lack of understanding or knowledge of the spiritual life that God has planned for each of us. The scripture says that God's people perish because of the lack of knowledge. So here's my suggestion for you. First of all, believe that it's possible to mature into a place that the Scriptures would refer to as perfect. Secondly, the Scriptures also tell us to study to see if these things are true. To begin searching out the Scriptures, lean into the spirit, wait upon him, and watch what happens. After all the promises in the day that you seek me with your whole heart, you'll find me. Among all of the questions that people want to know is what about my future? It starts as children I wonder if I'll be a fireman or a space cadet. The quest never ends some go to fortunetellers while others go to prophets. The big secret that everyone should know is that God has made a way for those who have put their trust in him to know their future. We see our future in many ways. Sometimes we see it through the Scriptures other times through the prophets. But most often we see our future through our relationship and personal time with the father as we meditate in his presence.
